Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ForkFul Technologies & Services. Your use of the Services confirms that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand our Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described in that policy.

ForkFul is a digital platform designed to help users discover local food vendors, restaurants, and culinary experiences. The platform may provide:

• Vendor listings
• Food discovery tools
• Maps and location services
• Reviews and ratings
• Vendor profiles
• Subscription-based features
• Vendor registration services

ForkFul does not prepare, sell, cook, deliver, or supply food. Vendors listed on the platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their food, services, pricing, and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.

Restaurants, vendors, and food providers listed on the Services are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of ForkFul. ForkFul does not control and is not responsible for:

• Food preparation
• Food safety
• Ingredient quality
• Vendor conduct
• Menu accuracy
• Pricing
• Vendor availability

Any transaction or interaction between a user and a vendor occurs directly between those parties.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Update your information when necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

ForkFul reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information is found to be inaccurate or if the account violates these Terms. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Services may allow users to post reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). You remain responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false or misleading
• Is defamatory or abusive
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Contains spam or advertising
• Violates any law

By submitting User Content, you grant ForkFul a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, distribute, and use that content on the Services. ForkFul reserves the right to remove or moderate content at its discretion.

You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the platform or its users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Impersonating any person or business
• Scraping or harvesting platform data
• Attempting to gain unauthorized system access
• Interfering with platform security
• Transmitting malicious software or viruses
• Using automated systems to extract data
• Misrepresenting vendor listings

ForkFul may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Platform design
• Databases
• Text and images

is the property of ForkFul Technologies & Services or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly authorized by ForkFul. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. ForkFul does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to the terms and policies of the third party.

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period. ForkFul reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing periods.

ForkFul does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. However, ForkFul will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, address issues in a timely manner, and minimize unnecessary disruptions to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForkFul Technologies & Services shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services. ForkFul acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with independent food vendors. ForkFul is not responsible for:

• Food quality
• Food safety
• Vendor conduct
• Pricing errors
• Vendor service quality
• Disputes between users and vendors

Users interact with vendors at their own discretion and risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForkFul Technologies & Services, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with vendors or other users
• Your submission of User Content

ForkFul may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

ForkFul may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the platform and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
